1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and use jlboos, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each person is permitted to hold only one account — duplicate accounts are not allowed and may result in suspension. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify us immediately through the contact details provided on the platform. jlboos reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and to suspend accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.
2. Platform Use and Acceptable Conduct
jlboos is an entertainment platform intended for personal, non-commercial use by eligible Filipino players. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the platform. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: attempting to manipulate game outcomes, using automated tools or bots, exploiting technical errors or glitches for financial gain, and engaging in any formof collusion or fraudulent activity with other players. We reserve the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these conduct standards and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent closure, without prior notice. All decisions made by jlboos regarding platform conduct are final.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions
All financial transactions on jlboos are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). You may only deposit funds using payment methods that are registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes stated on the platform, and jlboos reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks before releasing funds. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of each transaction. jlboos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Any funds deposited into your account that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to the dormant account policy outlined in Section 7 of these Terms.
4. Sports Betting and Game Rules
All bets placed on the jlboos platform — whether on sports events, fish shooting games, or other entertainment categories — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. jlboos reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a technical error, data feed failure, or event cancellation has occurred, and in such cases the staked amount will be returned to your account balance. Results displayed on the Wins page reflect genuine settled outcomes and are not guaranteed to be representative of future results. Past performance on the platform does not indicate or guarantee future winnings.
5. VIP Programme Terms
Participation in the jlboos VIP programme is automatic and based on your activity level on the platform. VIP tiers, associated benefits, and the criteria for progression between tiers are determined solely by jlboos and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. VIP rewards, exclusive access, and enhanced features are non-transferable and have no cash value unless explicitly stated otherwise. jlboos reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme or any individual member's participation in it at any time, particularly where a member is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions. Any disputes relating to VIP tier calculations or reward entitlements must be raised with the platform within 30 days of the relevant activity. 6. Responsible Gaming
jlboos is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino members. We encourage players to set personal limits on their deposits, session durations, and overall spending before they begin playing. 7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Dormancy
jlboos reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder. If your account is closed due to a breach, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant, and jlboos may apply an administrative fee to dormant account balances in accordance with applicable platform policy. You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting the platform through the support channels listed in the FAQ. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance that meets the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum threshold at the time of closure may not be returned.
8. Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the jlboos Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jlboos does not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jlboos with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
